Implementation planning: Once we have reviewed your strategy and current situation, we will work with you to prioritize what you can achieve in the agreed upon timeframe.
Cross-functional resource and team alignment: We will establish teams of Unlockers and client teams that will work together to activate and implement the strategy and priorities that have been identified.
Payor relationship transitions and backfill strategies: We can combine our managed care teams and digital marketing teams to create backfill strategies when you leave a network and no longer participate in certain products. In some cases, this can lead to backfill with better reimbursement outcomes.
Performance reporting for health risk assessments and other media projects
Change management support: As the teams go through a more robust process of implementation, we often need to apply new frameworks to improve the efficacy and effectiveness of the teams. Do you only support implementation for Unlock-developed strategies?
Not at all. We can implement strategies developed in-house, with other partners, or already in play.
How hands-on is your team during execution?
We don’t just advise — we can and will operationalize. Our team leads project plans, joins working sessions, and supports decision-making along the way. If we need to, we can refine governance, decision making and change management.
Can you support communication across departments?
Yes. We’re experts in coordinating across silos and ensuring clinical, operational, and finance teams all understand the plan and their role in it. This includes new tech implementation, new processes, or new ways of engaging with patients.
Do you help measure success post-implementation?
We support performance tracking, check-in rhythms, and reporting that keeps strategy from losing engagement with teams and patients.
